Coaching Program
Our online olympic weightlifting coaching is suitable for people of all ages and skill levels. Learn basics lifting skills, develop your strength and techniques to be a powerful, clean and confident weightlifter. Coaching is billed at a rate of $65 per month with monthly subscription and $80 per month standard fee, with no term commitment or subscription required and you have the freedom to cancel at any time. Coaching includes: Personalized training program One video review per week for form evaluation. Weekly status calls to ask questions, address concerns, coach form and adjust program based on skill progression. - Meet Your Coach - Hello! I'm Taren Welch, the developer of the Overhead Strength training program and your prospective coach. I started weightlifting over 10 years ago through sports like football and wrestling. I’ve also trained as a power lifter for about 5 years but fell in love and found my passion in Olympic weightlifting 2 years ago. It was then when I decided
