17mm Mahogany Collagen Casings

BACK IN STOCK ESTIMATE  12-11-25 Each Strand stuffs approx 7 1/2 lbs.  Edible collagen casings can be used to make breakfast links, snack sticks, hot dogs, smoked and Polish sausage, Italian sausage, bratwurst, hot links, pepperoni and a multitude of sausages. These casings are ready to stuff. No soaking necessary. Collagen is not as elastic as natural casing. Therefore, it is not as forgiving for over-stuffing.  Keep edible collagen casings refrigerated.
