This has been fully restored and has new seals. It is in excellent condition and has terrific barrel transparency. You do not often find a military clip with an autograph band. It is engraved with Eugene O'Connor, and Eugene took very good care of his pen. Finding a vintage pen with this military clip and a wide band like this one is a rare treat.
