The Bayberry Headband is a bulky weight knit with reverse linen stitch. It is knit flat using slipped stitches and knits or purls. The wrong side of the fabric is nice and smooth, while the right side of the fabric shows small berries sticking out evenly. The crisp edges of the headband are created by slipping stitches and knitting through the back loop. Using basic bind-off to complete your knit you will then seam the ends together to create a lovely twist in the front of the headband. This is a simple 2-stitch, 2-row repeat pattern, and the size is easily customizable depending on what the knitter would like. The pattern comes in one size, however, instructions for how to customize your knitting are included so that it can be exactly what you want it to be.
