Aerostride Poles

The Aerostride Poles were designed by PaceMaker to be classic "Nordic Walking" poles. While they can be used on a variety of different terrains, they are particularly effective on a smooth terrain.  Additionally, if you are looking for a pair of poles to help you maximize your cardiovascular workout, these poles are just the thing.  However, if you are looking for a pair of poles for tough terrain workouts, we have other product(s) that are more suited to that type of trekking experience.   The main difference between Nordic Walking poles and other types of walking poles is the size of the handle (smaller), the configuration o f the strap (more like a glove), and the type of pole technique recommended when trekking.
