Winnie Red is a wild-grown tea from the forests of Hà Giang, carefully hand-picked by members of the Hmong and Red Dao communities. After harvesting, the leaves are sun-dried on traditional bamboo pans for 32 hours, taking on a glowing red hue under the sunlight. They are then expertly processed by the Nguyen family, whose generations of tea craftsmanship bring out the tea’s naturally sweet, vibrant flavor.
