Caviar & Roe Service Piece

Until now, there hasn’t been a great way to serve caviar. Traditional serving pieces require ice, which is far too cold for caviar, can get messy, and honestly - a little boring. We have created our own purpose driven and designed caviar chiller and display. After exhaustive research and development, we arrived at this stunningly elegant and simple chilled dish. Pull it out of the freezer when you’re ready, then place your PASSMORE caviar tin in the center. Your caviar is ensconced at the perfect serving temperature for over an hour, while showcasing the tin’s lid as well. Two small holes on either side are present for when you want to celebrate a bit more with the addition of sparklers! This bespoke piece comes in three sizes, choose the one which fits your caviar tin size consumption best.
