Introduction: Patek Philippe 2492J square cushion tear drop lug watch made in 18K yellow gold, measuring 40.5 x 30.5 mm (39mm diagonal measurement) with a silver dial with raised gold indexes and dots.  Factory original dial, hands and crown.  The watch was made in 1951-1952 and is fitted with a 10" 200 caliber movement # 957020 / case # 666730.  The watch is accompanied with an extract from the archives confirming its date of manufacture and further sale.  The watch is further accompanied with an calf skin strap.
