Agglomerated Acacia Seyal (300 g sample)

This is a 300 g sample size listing.  Type 4880 gum arabic is a light-colored, agglomerated, spray-dried gum arabic produced from 100% Acacia seyal. Its agglomerated particle shape allows for enhanced dispersion into solution. Its light color, excellent film-forming abilities, and other functional properties allow Type 4880 to be used with great success in a wide range of applications. Applications range from use as an encapsulant in the production of spray dried flavors and fragrances to confections to use as a fiber additive.
