DUMBBELL STRENGTH is now available. All you need is an adjustable bench and plenty of DB’s. A four day per week four week plan that attacks the lower body every day. Upper Push on days 1,3 and Upper Pull on days 2,4 . Plan utilizes the superset concept to increase efficiency. Great plan to prep before SQUATOBER or when your body is ready for a break from the barbell. 1st PPSA plan that utilizes loaded carries. Big Strength and Big pumps.
