  Our next batch will not be ready for pick up until July 2025. Simply place your $400 deposit today, and one week before pickup we will send you an invoice for the final amount due. This will ensure you pay the lowest amount. Cost is based on hang weight.  Deposits cover butcher fees and are not applied towards the $10/lb. Example:  Deposit: $400 Whole Beef Hang weight : 600 Lbs. 1/4 Beef Hang Weight: 150 Lbs.
