1/4 Beef Share

A quarter beef is a great way to try a large variety of cuts at a great price!  Stock up and save by buying in bulk!  A quarter beef share includes cuts from the whole animal, cuts include the following: Top Sirloin Steaks Tenderloin Filet Ribeye Steaks T-bone or New York Steaks Roasts Ground Beef Local pickup only A quarter share is a quarter of the meat from a whole animal. This will include an assortment of ground beef, steaks, and roasts.  All steaks are packaged two steaks per package and cut at 1" thick. Roasts are 3-5 pounds. Ground beef is packaged in 1 pound packages. Approximately half of your beef share weight will be in ground beef and the other half will be steaks and roasts.  A quarter beef is 90 pounds of meat.  All meat is dry aged for 14 days and placed in vacuum sealed packaging and frozen solid.  Our beef is processed by a USDA inspected butcher.
