1/2 Beef Share

A half beef is a great way to fill your freezer and save money on our quality 100% grass-finished beef!  When you buy a half beef share you are getting half the cuts from the whole animal front to back, cuts include: Top Sirloin Steaks Tenderloin Filets Ribeye Steaks T-Bone or New York Steaks Roasts Tri-Tip Brisket Ground Beef Local pickup only When ordering a half beef share half of your final weight of meat will be ground beef and the other half will be split between steaks and roasts.  Steaks are vacuum sealed with 2 per package and cut at 1" thick.  Roasts will weigh between 3-5 pounds.  Hamburger is 1 pound packages.  Total weight of a half share is 180 pounds of meat.
