This is a small original 1927 black and white print ad for the Hotel Esplande in Berlin, Germany. The Hotel Esplande in Berlin, Germany was erected during the early 1900s by the Furstengruppe and architect Otto Rehnig. The building was constructed mainly out of sandstone. During the latter years of World War II the majority of the hotel was destroyed by a bombing raid. The surviving portions of the resort were restored sometime later.
