Course Credit: PLE Credits: Mandatory - 3 Hours Advertising CE Credits: 3 Hours Elective This course will help students understand how to effectively communicate with their clients and to advertise a property legally. The course begins by discussing the basic elements of communication and how to properly relay a message so that the intended party receives what you are trying to convey. The course then covers advertising rules and regulations, helping agents understand what is acceptable ways to advertise. Exercises and real world examples are used to further illustrate proper advertising in today's market.
