This is a motor driven closet rod that drops your hanging clothes 30 inches. - Clothes rail goes up and down with the push of a button. - 30 INCH vertical lifting distance.  - Size is determined by the internal left to right mounting width. From 25 to 48 inches - Wireless Wall Switch that can be mounted anywhere. - Very powerful (up to 75 lbs) but quiet 120 volt motor with 6 foot motor cord. - 1 1/6  diameter Chrome Clothes rail is included and MUST be cut to size.  - 3 year warranty REDUCED SHIPPING RATES for multiple unit orders. The first 3 units are charged shipping and every unit beyond that is shipped at NO CHARGE.
