Mullein Leaf Spagyric Tincture
This Mullein Leaf Spagyric Tincture is made with the leaves of the Mullein plant. Verbascum thapsus is also known as flannel leaf, beggar's blanket, velvet plant, felt-wort, tinder plant, candlewick plant, witch's candle, lady's foxglove, or donkey's ears. Our Spagyric Tinctures are made with Organic, Ecodynamic, or Wildharvested Biomass and Tinctured with Organic Cane Spirits as our Veg Mercury. Once the tincture was made, we add Spagyric Salt of Salt of the Vegetable Kingdom and digest until reactions have stopped. Historically, Mullein has been used for earaches, cough, bronchitis, asthma, lung support, sore throat, sinus infection, migraines, menstrual cramps, arthritis, rheumatism, urinary tract infection, bedwetting, skin diseases, bruises, frostbite and toothaches. In TCM it is known as Jia Yan Ye, and has historically been used for moisture, laryngitis, opens chest, whooping cough, phlegm, frequent painful urination, suppressed urination, acute intestinal infections, boils, ulcers, and scrofula. We make no claims as to the uses or efficacy of this product. There may be an enormous difference between what the herb has historically been used for and how any particular Spagyric Preparation of the herb can be used. We aim to begin using IDF Analysis to provide IDF data of the detected phytochemicals and uses of each of our items of Spagyric Pharmacopoeia. Purchases of this product help to fund this enormous research project. Reference Dyer, M. (August 2020).
