Add Coordinating Adult Shirt

This listing is for a custom adult shirt that will be made to coordinate with any birthday shirt you purchase from my shop.  If you have anything specific in mind for the design and/or text, please leave a note in the box with instructions.  If no note is left, it will coordinate as I see fit. Things to think about when leaving me instructions: What do you want it to say?  (Mommy of the Birthday Girl, Dad, your name, etc.) Do you want your child's age on it or just the design? For guys - if your birthday girl's shirt has "girly" colors/fabrics (pink, glitter, etc.), do you want me to include them on your shirt as well, or would you prefer I substitute with more masculine options?
