Sew a Mermaid costume for your 13-14.5" Doll!  The pattern includes two different options for finishing off the waistline of the tail, plain or with panniers. The panniers can be done in fabric or sheer fabric like organza. So whether you create a princess mermaid or a “Merboy” there is an option for you!The tail fin lies forward and has batting in the top for shape but only fabric under the doll's feet so that she can easily stand. Included is a rounded and lined bikini top. The back of the top is completed with covered elastic for easy dressing. Two ribbon tie options are shown.The pattern is designed for use with woven fabric but stretch fabric can also be used.
