Dance Time 18" Doll Clothes Pattern

“Dance Time”, by Karen Lorraine Design, consists of a tank-style leotard with boyleg pants, and a three-layer tulle tutu. The leotard is made from knit/stretch fabric. The bodice is lined which makes sewing this dance outfit an easy to sew project! The 3-layered tulle skirt is sewn into the one-piece design at the waistline with pretty ribbon sparkling from the overskirt hemlines. This pattern does not require any elastic or closures, it's sewn with a stretch stitch and stretches easily to slip on and off the doll. The tulle can be either stiff or a softer stretch mesh.There is a variation to make the top and bottom as two pieces too. Also included in this PDF sewing pattern are three bonus items. Leg warmers and fingerless gloves can be quickly sewn from stretch knit fabrics! This package allows the seamstress to indulge in a world of solo color, go jazzy in foil Lycra fabrics, or mix it up with sequins and glitter. This pattern will fit various 18-inch dolls.
