Regimental Cloak 18" Doll Clothes Pattern

Cloaks have been a staple garment in every civilization since the beginning of history. Originally made from pieces of animal hide or rough cloth, they were a practical garment that served as outerwear during the day and a blanket at night. The Regimental Cloak by Thimbles and Acorns  is cut in a circle to give it an impressive drape ~ fit for a General. For added protection from the elements, it also features an elbow length cape and a high collar. Both the cloak and cape are fully lined. This PDF sewing pattern is designed to fit 18" dolls such as American Girl® and other similarly sized dolls.
