Welcome to Day 14 of our 2023 Herbal Advent.   We get asked a lot, why don't we have more plum teas. Sometimes I wonder if unsuspecting new customers are expecting every tea to have plums. The truth is, it's hard flavor to do right, and we like to excel in everything we do. Now, a friend of mine did "cherryberry" sangria at the end of this summar, and guess what was also in it as the fresh fruit? Plums from my neighbors! It was so good and made me think the trio would be satisfying in a tea, and it sure is.   Try varying your preparation (long steep vs short steep, hot vs iced, with or without sugar) and see if you notice more or less cherry/berry/plum notes in your cup.
