ITALIAN SAUSAGE ROASTED GOLD POTATOES BUTTERED LEEKS PARMESAN CREAM SAUCEWOOD FIRED ITALIAN CRUST PROVOLONE & MOZZARELLA This is one of the pizzas we had on our menu our very first week in business almost 8 years ago. It's still incredible how often folks ask for this one. Thanks to Olden Organics for the leeks this week! Roasted gold potatoes, parmesan garlic cream sauce, butter braised leeks, our own Italian sausage, and cheese. This pizza is based on my favorite Tuscan soup made famous by the fine dining establishment known as Olive Garden. What's a leek? It looks like a giant scallion/green onion, but tastes very mild with an almost creamy vibe.
