We introduced this new variation of our Thanksgiving Pizza last year, and it quickly became the season's best seller. The big differences from before is that we moved this to our thin crust, reformulated our gravy recipe, switched from cranberry sauce to dried cranberries that I re-plumped with some OJ. We top this with cheese and crispy French fried onions. It's a more fun textural journey than years past. As you know, there are so many steps and so much planning that goes into bringing Thanksgiving dinner to the table. And every year by the time Thanksgiving dinner actually arrives, we've served Thanksgiving dinner in the form of Pizza to over 1,000 people. And I love it because I love Thanksgiving foods - all 50 shades of beige. Our other long-running Thanksgiving pizzas will be hitting
