It's all the things. The whole Thanksgiving meal with the sides (minus the green bean casserole because this pizza is already 2 lbs). Turkey, stuffing, buttered mashed potatoes, sweetcorn, and cranberries all strewn atop some turkey gravy and topped with cheese.
