But y'all this one is f a n c y! Roasted cremini mushrooms from Eden, bathed in garlic and blended black summer truffles with a few splashes of sparkling Italian Prosecco. Then FIVE local Italian cheeses and finished with white truffle oil and a little fresh tarragon. It's earthy and outrageously flavorful with a little brightness bubbling through. Do not get this and think you'll share it. You know that thing where sometimes dogs get food aggression and snap at anyone too close to their food? That's about to be you with this. I was originally going to call this The Truffungus but everyone told me that sounded like an infection. Also please don't accidentally burn this when you make it at home because truffles are worth their weight in gold. Hope you love
