Bisi Bele Bath

Bisi Bele Bath is iconic, warm, comforting spiced-risotto-like dishes.  This pre-measured and highly-tested Bisi Bele Bath mixes are made of organic, roasted rice, lentils, millets and regeneratively-farmed spices! We tested this with our community in 2023 and received rave reviews.  In 2025, we modified it to have more millets and lentils!  Comes in two spice levels - mild and medium spicy! Bisi Bele Bath is perfect with any veggies on hand. The newly recomposed mixture has tamarind powder and jaggery - just like the original recipe! After cooking, add butter/ghee or greek yogurt or coconut milk to balance the spice to your liking.  Just add water and cook! Add veggies and top with protein of your choice (detailed chef recommended pairing suggestions on the box). Each box comes with a fully compostable pouch (5.3oz each) - that's 3 servings/box!
