The Youmna | One of a Kind Watermelon Ovals

This one of a kind pair of earrings is made from a beloved dress, which was given to my daughter and she has outgrown. I came across it while cleaning out her closet and knew immediately I wanted to use it to make art to benefit the people of Palestine. These earrings are named for Al-Jazeera journalist Youmna El-Qunsol, who is based in Gaza and has been reporting on the humanitarian crisis currently unfolding there. All of the proceeds of this piece ($20) will be donated to Doctors without Borders for their work in Gaza.
