Beef Share - Delivering Early December

Our Pricing: $7.50 per pound, hanging weight, for a whole or half share. We ask for a $500 nonrefundable deposit to secure your share. Your deposit is taken off the final invoice made payable to the farm. A whole beef averages about 500-600 pounds. Once they are butchered and cleaned up, they lose about 40% of that weight. That leaves the hanging weight. This is the weight that we charge you.  Average hanging weight for a half beef share ranges between 250-350 pounds, yielding approximately 150-200 pounds of meat for your freezer.  Butcher Fee Breakdown: Mobile on Farm Slaughter: $125 Cut &
