A-11 Combat

The A-11 Combat is our attempt at taking our homage to this legendary tool watch a step further by using the original WW2 32mm case size. By today’s standards, 32mm is rarely seen for a men’s watch however, back in the 40s it was anything but. With numerous A-11s produced during the war, these were meant to equip Allied Soldiers during combat. Its small size was intentional, allowing for it to be unobtrusive of wrist movement during combat and less resource intensive to produce. Largely regarded as a massive success, it performed admirably in all conditions as a simple yet effective military tool watch. This decision to launch the A-11 Combat comes after we bought up a vintage Elgin A-11 on E-bay. We de-assembled it, studied each and every component and decided that we had to take a leap and re-launch an authentically sized A-11 homage.
