This washed Colombian micro-lot has tons of fruit sweetness and a refined characteristic that keeps us coming back for more. As it opens up there is a tropical fruit aspect that is hard to get too specific with, but passion fruit leads the way in our brews. As it continues to cool the cup yields a slight berry note that really rounds out the profile.
