A highly limited Aperitif style cider, best enjoyed as a before or after dinner treat, or as a cider cocktail component. Mistelle is a French word for a style of fortified wine/cider in which a slightly fermented cider (still closer to sweet/fresh juice) is fortified with brandy. Alpenfire uses this technique to make this apple Mistelle, blending it with their apple spirits and giving it an extended aging.
