Fable Farm Fermentory - Still Point (750 mL)

A still cider derived from multiple vintages cultured in an assortment of wood barrels, and bottled as still wine. This is the same solera blend as Fable Farm's sparkling cider, Fluxion, minus a secondary fermentation in bottle. Made from foraged apples and wild cultures of yeast and bacteria with no added sulfites. Plenty of body for a still cider, dry with a rush of acid that borders on being high-acid. Soft tannins dry the tongue mid-palate. Pairs very well with sharp cheeses such as goat cheddar.
