Farmstead Cider - Thin Air Cider (500 mL)

Thin Air Cider, a.k.a. A Midsummer Night's Cider is made from apples from Swan Valley, Idaho. Bourbon barrel aged for 6 months and bottle aged for another 6 months. It is a delicious collaboration between Farmstead Cider and Off Square Theatre for the anniversary of Thin Air Shakespeare. Notes of apple skins, tart apple juice, lemon, and minerality up front pivots to a soft notes of vanilla, wood, and bourbon from the barrel aging. Pleasant warm finish. Exceptionally well done barrel aged cider.
