Finnriver Farm and Cidery - Perry (750 mL)

Finnriver Farm & Cidery's Perry is a a Traditional Perry inspired by the French perries of Normandy. Made with a blend of perry pears including Hendre Huffcap, Yellow Huffcap, Romanian pear varieties - all grown on Finnriver’s organic orchard and wildcrafted seedling pears from the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State.  2025 Northwest Cider Cup Silver Medal for the High Tannin Perry category.  Tasting Notes: Aromatics of pear, floral, twig, orchard floor and light oak. Semi-dry, bright, and thirst-quenching. Candy pear and fresh pear notes at start of pallet are washed away by notes of citrusy key lime and juicy acidity. Tannins rush the mid-pallet which dries out the mouthfeel and leaves a pleasant linger of lemon zest, floral notes and hints of perry pear juice. This well-balanced Finnriver Perry is wonderful with lighter fare — grilled chicken, fresh goat cheese, antipasti platters, and dinner salads full of spicy young greens.
