Finnriver Farm and Cidery - Vista Ridge Cider (750 mL)

Finnriver Farm & Cidery's Vista Ridge cider is a blend of bittersweet cider apple varieties grown by Vista Ridge Orcahrds in Quilcene, on Washington State's Olympic Peninsula. Apple varieties include Ellis Bitter, Amere de Berthcort, and Reine des Pommes.  Tasting Notes: This off-dry cider offers a deep sense of leather and apples, with baking spice and warm fruit and a mouth-filling tannic chewiness that finishes dry. Loads of apple character - fresh, cooked, juiced. Great balance of tannins and acidity. Leathery clove. Juicy citrus, mandarin orange zest. Tannins dry out the finish. A staff favorite of both ours, and the folks at Finnriver.   Excellent on it's own, and a great food-pairing cider - recommended pairings include creamy, sweeter cheeses, salami, sausages, and other aged meats.
