Floribunda - Sparkling Cider with Elderflowers (750 mL)

A delightful sparkling botanical cider from Floribunda in Italy. Made 100% from Topaz apples, steeped with elderflowers. The floral component of the elderflower is dominant in the nose, while on the palate its flavor is mostly characterized by a tender apple note.   This cider is a remembrance of  an "elderflower-wine" South Tyrolean farmers used to make during the hay harvest and an attempt to confer more longevity to this drink. This cider is the perfect companion for a balmy summer night. Together, the apple and the elderflower yield a sparkling cider with a delicately aromatic note. Secondary fermentation in bottle. No added sulfites.
