Greenbank Cider - Orchard Blend (500 mL)

Greenbank Cider's Orchard Blend is a dry cider made from a blend of farm grown cider apples from Greenbank Cidery's orchard on Whidbey Island. Orchard Blend is pressed later in the harvest season, when Greenbank's bitter-sweet apple varieties are ready for harvest. A blend of Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Brown Snout, Chisel Jersey, Harry Masters Jersey, and some Jonagold and Dolgo for balance. Slightly off-dry, with a bouquet of fruity flavor notes. Balanced tannins & acidity. The tannins present as slightly bitter on the front of the palate, with a mild astringency that helps the cider finish dry. Bursts of ripe apple and apple skins up front, with soft notes of pear, lime zest, sweet lemon, minerality, floral notes, and honey.
