Greenwood Cider's Cherry Master Jersey is cherry cider made by blending Greenwood's signature apple blend with a significant amount of two English cider apple varieties with Somerset, U.K. origins - Chisel Jersey and Harry Masters Jersey. The cider is steeped with dark sweet cherries post fermentation. Semi-dry, fruity, and full-bodied, with cherry on the nose, mild acidity, and a dry tannic finish. About Greenwood Cider: Founded in the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle in 2015, Greenwood Cider turn waste into resource by making cider from forgotten and foraged fruits picked from around the city and deep within the Pacific Northwest forest. That approach continues today. In addition to the more standard Washington apples, they use apples from local farms, small homesteads, and abandoned orchards.
