Oliver's Cider & Perry's Sour Gummies is a bottle conditioned cider with a bit of a lively sparkle (best to chill before pouring). This tangy, fruity apple cider is a blend of Foxwhelp Cider (post malolactic fermentation) with keeved rich apple cider.  A clean, light, vibrant, fun cider. Escalating acidity over a rich red apple floor. Confectionary apple pop. This cider is dry with medium plus tannins and balancing medium acidity. Tannins linger, but are not intense.
