Oliver's Cider & Perry - Yarlington Mill 2023

Oliver's Cider & Perry's Yarlington Mill is a sparkling fine cider with a medium amount of sweetness. Made primarily from the famed bittersweet variety, the Yarlington Mill (95%), with a dash of Foxwhelp (5%) for a bit of bright acidity. Fermentation is arrested prior to going completely dry, resulting in a residual apple driven sweetness. Floral and spicy nose, classic for Yarlington Mill. The natural sweetness allows the gentle earthy apple and floral spice to fill the mouth and the Foxwhelp keeps the acidity enough to make this classic Herefordshire Yarlington Mill cider.  Tasting Notes: This cider drinks semi-dry to semi-sweet, medium bodied with a subtle sparkle to it.
