The Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon Côtes de Bourg 2020 Chateau la Grolet Cabernet Sauvignon Côtes de Bourg is a red biodynamic wine made from a classic Bordeaux blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with some Merlot. Medium to full body red, insanely affordable for such a well-made Bordeaux; fresh, round, and supple but with firm tannins that make it ideal when paired with meat-based dishes. The Producer: Chateau la Grolet Winemaker Jean-Luc Hubert is a small Bordeaux producer for whom history, the life of the vineyard, and the estate are vital ingredients in the wine.
