The Wine: Muké Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Viteadovest Muké Cabernet Sauvignon is a red natural wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on clay and limestone soils near Mazara del Vallo, Western Sicily. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfined, minimal sulfites at bottling. I like it a lot; medium-body red wine with notes of red ripe fruit, fine tannins, and tobacco on the finish.
