Chèrouche Les Noces 2023

Chèrouche Les Noces is a natural red wine produced by Domaine de Chèrouche in Ayent, Valais, Switzerland. Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, the wine reflects the estate's commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture. The vineyards are situated on steep slopes between 550 and 850 meters above sea level, with soils composed of schist and quartz. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for up to 10 months in stainless steel tanks and bottled unfined and unfiltered, without the addition of sulfur.
