Chèrouche Pontzan 2022

Chèrouche Pontzan is a natural red wine from Ayent in the Valais region of Switzerland. Crafted from 100% Gamay grapes, the wine reflects the estate's commitment to organic viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking. The vineyards are situated on steep slopes between 600 and 850 meters above sea level, with soils composed of schist, clay, and quartz. Grapes are hand-harvested and manually destemmed, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, preserving its fresh and vibrant character.
