Cirelli Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Orange 2022

Cirelli Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Orange is an organic natural wine from Francesco Cirelli's 22-hectare certified organic estate in Abruzzo, Italy, located 8 kilometers from the Adriatic Sea. Made from 100% Trebbiano grapes grown on clay and limestone soils. The grapes are destemmed and undergo one-month skin maceration in stainless steel vats, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. After pressing, the wine rests on fine lees for four months in steel. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal sulfites, exemplifying Cirelli's minimal-intervention biodynamic farming philosophy and commitment to natural winemaking.
