In my testing the logic seemed good and I could hear some of the send audio coming back on the receive channel (as usual). I did not hear any dial tone from the phone line. So the telco line input jack seems to be producing no output. Given that the logic seems good and the the audio path is maybe good in one direction this may be a straightforward fix. But this is not guaranteed. I'm sharing the results of my testing to help you in your purchase decision, but I do not guarantee that you will get the same results or reach the same conclusions. Not that I haven't missed some important point. Given the good cosmetic condition, this unit may be a good donor for external hardware to smarten up a working but ugly unit.
