A orange colored casing used mainly for braunschweiger and liver sausage. Available in sizes: 2½" x 20" and 4" x 24". We offer casings in bundles or cases of 500. Approximate stuffing weight: 2½" x 20" - 3 Lbs. 4" x 24" - 5 Lbs. Note: Before stuffing, Soak in warm water 30 minutes.
