Go ahead and grill or smoke this cheese to get the most flavor out of your meat.  Usage For Sausage- Making: We recommend a 10-15% inclusion ratio for your meat block.  For 10-lb Meat Block: Mix 1 lb of high-temp cheese For 25-lb Meat Block: Mix 2-3 lbs of high-temp cheese Storage: Lasts up to 180 days at 32-72°F.
