Afro-Taíno Cultural Tour
With this tour of 5 hours, the clients will have a unique cultural experience discovering about our African and "Taíno" (local indians) roots through art and history. You will be visiting and Art Studio from a local artist and sculptor to learn about the African-Taíno history through his artwork, then a road trip to downtown Loíza to see the iconical Catholic Church, that is a National Historical Site registered by the United States' Department of Interior, a visit to a cave that is a national heritage site for its ancient discoveries. Our last stop will be to taster authentic and delicious Puerto Rican food with a beautiful waterfront view in Loíza. (Price is per person). Stops are: Samuel Lind's Art Studio, Loíza's Catholic Church, "María de la Cruz" Cave, The Waterfornt Restaurant Level of difficulty: Basic Guests must bring sneakers of comfortable shoes. This tour includes two 5"x 7" photos on a 8"x 10" acid-free single mat board souvenir photos of the places that clients visit, bo
